We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Logan office team.
Position Summary
The Dental Assistant plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the doctor and clinical team with high-quality dental care. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take dental X-rays and patient records
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide excellent patient
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with Open Dental preferred but not required
- Current X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
