Dental Hygienist

Established private dental practice seeking a personable and dependable dental hygienist to join our team two days per week, with opportunity for additional days as the schedule grows.

Current opening is for Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Our office also sees patients Tuesdays from 9:00 AM6:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 AM2:00 PM, with potential to expand into an additional hygiene day in the future.

We provide one-hour hygiene appointments in a patient-focused environment that values quality care, relationships, and a positive team culture.

Compensation includes:

• $40/hour base pay
• Bonus opportunities based on collections

• Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene treatment
• Take digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Accurately chart and document treatment
• Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
• Work collaboratively with the doctor and team to provide excellent patient care

• Current Utah Dental Hygiene license
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Gentle touch and excellent patient communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Experience with Dentrix practice management software preferred
• Experience with Dexis digital radiography preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team culture
