Dental Hygienist

We are looking for an enthusiastic dental hygienist who loves building and maintaining positive relionships with pients to join our team!

Our team of dental hygienists perform a variety of preventive dental procedures as well as educe pients on oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to oral health educion, you'll be instrumental in helping our pients achieve and maintain their best smiles. In addition to technical duties, the dental hygienist will play an important role in teaching pients approprie oral hygiene techniques and offer counseling regarding good nutrition and its impact on oral health.

We are big on teamwork, so youll partner with the dentist(s) in your office to provide the best trement for your pients. We also have a dediced dental hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship for our dental hygienists.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polish restorions, and applicion of cavity preventive agents such as fluorides and sealant applicions
• Accurely chart a review of pient dental history and upde as necessary, pient's periodontal health, record provided trement, and handle pient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulions
• Provide assistance as directed by the dentist
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act

Qualificions

• A degree or certifice in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid ste license
• CPR/BLS Certificion
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal skills to communice professionally with pients and staff
• Ability to travel between locions preferred
