Dental Hygienist

Pay: $55 - $65

Cottage Dental is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Fullerton team. We are looking for a provider who values patient education, strong clinical care, and teamwork while helping create a positive patient experience.

This role is ideal for a hygienist who is comfortable in a productive general dentistry environment and enjoys building long-term patient relationships.

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP procedures
• Conduct periodontal charting and patient assessments
• Take diagnostic radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist in identifying treatment needs and supporting patient understanding
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to support efficient patient flow

Requirements

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license

• Local anesthesia certification as required by California regulations
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented clinical environment
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred
• Laser certification preferred but not required
