Dental Office Manager Jobs in Birmingham, Alabama

Plan, organize, and oversee all office activities. Managers supervise all administrative employees to ensure that procedures are being carried out in accordance to the practice’s policies, general precedents and standards, and state/federal laws and regulations. In addition to filling this supervisory role, they also collaborate with marketing teams, budget and order supplies, and arrange staff meetings.

Dental office managers are also responsible for maximizing efficiency in dental operations. They recommend improvements and programs to optimize performance. For example, they might devise new staff training opportunities to support professional development. They are also involved in the hiring process.
