We’re seeking an experienced Full Arch Treatment Coordinator (also known as Patient Care Coordinator, Dental Treatment Coordinator, and Dental Sales Coordinator) to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of patient education and case acceptance. You’ll guide patients through a journey that is equal parts medical and personal, ensuring clarity, trust, and confidence at every step.

This is not a front-desk role, it’s a professional sales and patient advocacy position that requires strong communication, consultative selling, and organizational skills.

What You’ll Own:

• Be the primary point of contact for full arch patients — from initial lead to closed treatment.
• Drive consult performance by delivering high-trust, education-based conversations.
• Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to present the best possible treatment plans.
• Manage incoming leads, schedule with urgency, and keep the pipeline moving.
• Follow up like a pro — nurture patients through their decision-making journey with empathy and persistence.
• Own the full arch tracker — report KPIs, forecast, and help hit monthly revenue goals.

You Are:

• A confident communicator with emotional intelligence and strong follow-through.
• Obsessed with patient experience and sales performance.
• Experienced in consults or treatment coordination (bonus if it’s in full arch or surgical dentistry).
• Tech-savvy and organized — you know how to work a tracker, CRM, or lead dashboard.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
