Strong understanding of PPOs, HMOs, and Medi-Cal billing
Skilled in insurance verification, claim submission, and patient billing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and a true team player
Compensation:
$24.25$27.75/hour (based on experience)
Stable hours and a supportive team environment
Your Role Will Include:
Greeting and checking in patients with a warm and professional attitude
Scheduling appointments efficiently
Verifying insurance and explaining benefits
Managing billing, claims, and collections
Supporting day-to-day front office operations
