Dental Front Desk - Treatment Planning

Join Our Team as a Dental Front Office at Crawford Implant & Laser Periodontics, LLC!

Crawford Implant & Laser Periodontics, LLC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our front office staff as a Treatment coordinator in St. Petersburg, FL. As a Dental Front Office team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support within a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
2. Assist patients in scheduling appointments and maintaining their dental records
3. Prepare and present dental treatment plans, scheduling and communicating the value of restoring a patients oral health 
4. Verify dental insurance - helping patients to understand their insurance benefits
5. Handle insurance claims and billing inquiries with precision and efficiency

Required Skills:

• Detailed oriented and understanding how to calculate insurance portions and patient portions
• Dentrix and Dexis knowledge
• Strong computer knowledge 
• Srong communication skills - able to communicate the need/value of dental procedures.  

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $24-26 /hour 
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, paid time off, and provided uniforms
• Monday- Friday (7:40-5:30)
