We are looking for a reliable, bilingual (Spanish-English) team member to join our dental office. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and have strong experience in dental insurance verification and billing. Key Responsibilities: Verify dental insurance and patient eligibility (required) Schedule patients and manage appointments Follow up with patients after procedures to ensure satisfaction and understanding of next steps Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication in both English and Spanish Experience with Open Dental is a plus Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Experience verifying dental insurance and eligibility (required) Knowledge of dental billing and insurance processes Familiarity with Open Dental software (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What You'll Love About This Role: Daily Connection: You'll greet patients with warmth, build real relationships, and help make every visit a great one.
