Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily.
  • Calculate, coordinate, and review financial agreements and treatment plans with patients
  • Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
  • Work with existing vendor relationships to manage office equipment, utilities, software, technology, and the facility itself and resolves any related problems or needed repairs
  • Promote a positive work environment in line with company culture
  • Manage employees’ schedules and paid time off
  • Manage staff members according to company culture, policies, and protocol, providing corrective action as needed
  • Manage office supplies and budget
  • Support front desk and clinical staff members as needed
  • Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of management/supervisory experience or 5 years of orthodontic/dental office leadership experience required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Strong customer service, retail, sales, or dental experience (including knowledge of billing codes, terminology, procedures, and insurance).
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Google Apps preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Spanish preferred but not required.
