Position: Part-time Orthodontic Assistant
Location: Hope Mills, NC
Schedule: Part-time, roughly 32 hours a week.
Pay: Based on years of experience

Your Duties Include:

• Assist orthodontists during procedures by preparing and organizing tools and materials.
• Take dental radiographs, extraoral and intraoral photographs
• Bond brackets and appliances
• Adjust retainer fit
• Select, pre-size, secure and unsecure archwires
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
• Ensure the operatory is clean and well-stocked.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.

Minimum Skills Needed:

• Radiology Certification
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Preferred
• Previous Orthodontic Experience (Preferred)
