This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9a - 5p Fridays could be optional

Setting: Outpatient

Procedures/Cases: 10-15 patients a day in the practice as total. Mostly adults. Exams, cleanings, fillings, simple and surgical extractions, crowns, scaling and root planning

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

Requirements: Medicaid, Drug Enforcement Agency(DEA)
