Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Handle insurance billing, claims, and verification
• Oversee credit card processing and accounts receivable
• Coordinate treatment planning and referrals
• Perform general office duties such as file management and collections

Required Skills:

• Experience with Dentrix software
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent patient care and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with insurance billing and claims
• Proficiency in front office operations
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $68,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
