Long-term employees that are extremely dedicated to serving others. I am a second-generation dentist and love helping people get their oral health in shape. My core team cares tremendously for the patients and practice. We are part of Smile Source and I take those team members that want to The Exchange and it is great in team building. Team Meetings Morning huddles. This year we are heading to Las Vegas. Professionally I have been published and have lectured for the last 12 years. I care about my dental team. We started a tradition of having an annual Christmas dinner and Secret Santa. Covid has changed all of our lives.
