Dental Treatment Plan Cordinator/Front Desk

Overview
We are looking for an amazing, highly skilled, and experienced treatment plan coordinator/ front desk for a brand new office in Bayonne. You must have experience with dental offices that deal with insurance (PPO), patient financing, and be able to talk with confidence about procedures and finances. Patient experience is our top priority, so customer service skills are required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with our diverse clientele. Experience of at least 2 years in a PPO dental office. Positive energy is a must.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
All front desk-related duties.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Handle administrative tasks such as processing forms and maintaining patient records.
Utilize computer systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping.
Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Experience

Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
Monday - Thursday 7:45-5pm
Fridays 7:45-2pm
Every other Saturday 7:45-2pm(When working a Saturday there will be another day off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
