Frantz Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our established clinical team in Kingston, Pennsylvania. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a practitioner focused on excellence and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including diagnostic, preventative, restorative and basic surgical treatments.
-Develop comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on oral health and long-term care.
-Msintain meticulous electronic patient records in compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations and HIPPA standards.
-Collaborate effectively with our dedicated auxiliary staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Schedule and Clinical Commitment:
- Core Schedule: 2 days per week (Standsrd clinical hours).
- Flexibility: Availability to expand to 4 days per week during periods of staff vacations or peak business.
Qualifications:
-Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required.
- Clinical Philosophy: A commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical dentistry with a focus on patient comfort and retention.
- Credentials: Valid DEA registration and professional liability insurance.
Compensation & Career Path:
- Annual Compensation of $100,000 to $129,000 structured on a draw against collections and payable as a 1099 independent contractor agreement.
Late Career: This role provides a stable, secure clinical setting for experienced dentists who wish to focus on patient care without the administrative burdens of practice ownership.
Early - Mid Career: This role provides an opportunity for a structured pathway toward practice partnership for those interested in long-term ownership and leadership.
