Immediely hiring a full-time dentist in Salem, Oregon primarily seeing FFS pients.

This practice is primarily fee-for-service, allowing our General Dentists to focus on comprehensive, pient-centered care without the administrive and reimbursement constraints common in heavily insurance-driven models. The FFS structure supports stronger pient relionships, greer clinical autonomy, and a focus on quality over volume.

Position Qualificions:

• Accredited Dental School Gradue
• Active OR ste dental license (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certificions such as CPR, DEA, NPI

Average Pay:

• Dentist pay ranges from $175,000 - $400,000
