Icon Medical Network is actively seeking a General Dentist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. This opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule and competitive daily compensation.

• Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• ASAP Start

• Ongoing Assignment

• 13 weeks or longer preferred

• Negotiable

• Bread & Butter General Dentistry

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

• Active, unrestricted Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain upon graduation)

• CPR/BLS Certification

• DEA Certification

• Active NPI Number
