RDA or Dental Assistant

Our busy and growing dental office is looking for an experienced, motivated, and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full time. We are seeking someone who is professional, team-oriented, compassionate with patients, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting doctor during dental procedures
Taking digital X-rays and impressions
Sterilization and infection control
Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms
Educating patients on treatment and oral hygiene
Charting and updating patient records
Assisting with crown, bridge, restorative, surgical, and hygiene procedures

Qualifications:

Current California RDA license
Minimum 12 years dental assisting experience preferred
Knowledge of Dentrix
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with a team
