Seeking dental assistant or registered dental assistant for private practice in Los Alamitos

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos
Perform sterilization and infection control procedures according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
Update patient charts and maintain accurate records in Dentrix
Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient schedule
Handle basic lab tasks (pouring models, fabricating temporary crowns, etc.)
Support front desk when needed with scheduling and patient communication
