Experience Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a busy dental office or clinic setting. Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and practices is a strong plus. Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, medical coding, and documentation review processes. Prior experience with EMR systems, medical imaging, vital signs monitoring, and infection control protocols is essential. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate clearly. Certification in dental assisting or related fields is required; ongoing education in medical terminology or pediatric dentistry is advantageous.
