New , high tech dental office looking for the ultimate team player and leader in joining our team as a Dental Assistant. Fast paced, fun, family environment . No MediCal taken, no children. Adult private practice, non corporate!!!!

We see patients Monday - Thursday
8:30- 5 pm

-Educational Tract Assistance- if there is a particular aspect of dentistry or foreign language you would like to learn , we pay for it, including travel expenses

-Paid vacation- amount increases yearly. 3 weeks PTO to start

-Long weekends- 3 day weekend every week ( we love this!!)

-Morning meetings- mandatory for all staff, 20 minutes prior to start of
day. This enables proper planning of the day and reduces stress and
the potential for drama, because every one knows their job for the
day, and the entire team has an ability to discuss previous days and
reconcile if there were a problems. Being organized is the cornerstone
for a healthy and happy work environment .
