We are a friendly, General dental office looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our office is paperless and uses digital technology, including digital x-rays. We care for patients ranging children to adults, and we are committed to providing excellent clinical care and a positive experience for every family who visits us.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting and assisting patients and parents in a warm, professional manner
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient communication
Handling administrative tasks such as sending attachments, importing/exporting files, and maintaining digital records
Supporting the front office and clinical team with daily workflow
Helping create a welcoming and organized office environment
Multitasking in a busy dental setting
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Comfortable using computers and learning office software
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with parents, patients, and team members
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy office environment
Enjoys working with children and families
Qualifications:
23 years of administrative experience preferred
Dental office experience is a plus, familiar with Dentrix
New graduates with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
