What You'll Do Assist chairside for restorative, cosmetic, and Invisalign procedures Place and remove Invisalign attachments accurately and comfortably Capture high-quality radiographs and intraoral photos (target retake rate under 5%) Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient, organized treatment flow Educate patients about recommended care with confidence and compassion Prepare and maintain operatories, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and ready Support inventory management and sterilization protocols Participate in calibration meetings and ongoing training to refine systems and clinical consistency Demonstrate leadership potential by helping teammates grow and maintaining a calm, professional presence Who You Are Licensed RDA or Certified DA with current CPR certification Dental Assistant seeking to obtain RDA licensure (our practice actively supports and encourages professional growth toward RDA certification).
