Our work environment includes: Well Organized schedule Patient care as top priority Fun employee environment Wonderful patient base Caring/ low-key Dentist Practice Information: * Digital X-ray *Carestream PracticeWorks Software *PC support *Quick exams Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, scaling, and root planing - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations - Take digital x-rays - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as needed - Keep a sterile working environment - Document patient care and treatment plans in electronic health records - Follow infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff Experience: - Knowledge of aseptic technique for infection control - Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care - Experience with dental documentation and coding is a plus Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members - Attention to detail for accurate documentation and patient assessment - Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise dental procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental hygienist to join our team.
