Associate Dentist

We are seeking a highly skilled, efficiency-driven Associate Dentist to join our practice 1-2 days per week. Full-Scope, In-House Dentistry We complete the majority of specialty procedures in-house, giving you the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level. Doctor-Led Hygiene & Perio Model This role includes: Exams and checkups SRP (Scaling & Root Planing) Ultrasonic and light scaling for appropriate patients This is not a hygiene-heavy position , but rather an efficiency-based model where the doctor maintains control of diagnosis and periodontal care when appropriate. High-Value PPO Structure as well as insurance options with No Maximums. We operate with premium negotiated fee schedules (2-3x typical PPO rates) and the ability to perform full mouth work with no limits , resulting in significantly higher production per procedure and strong case acceptancewithout compromising ethics. Strong Front Office & Case Acceptance An experienced team ensures smooth scheduling, clear communication, and high treatment follow-through. Consistent Patient Flow Immediate access to a busy schedule with well-managed demand.
