Full Time
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (Admin Day)
Pay & Compensation
- $80,000$100,000 annually, depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office
- Supervise and support both front and back office staff
- Optimize doctor and hygiene schedules to meet practice goals
- Manage patient scheduling and office flow
- Submit insurance claims and manage accounts receivable
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions
- Post payments and manage outstanding balances
- Process insurance payments and patient refunds
- Present and coordinate treatment plans
- Lead team meetings and morning huddles
- Delegate daily responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain OSHA and infection control compliance
- Provide concierge-level customer service and patient care
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a dental office required
- Strong front office dental experience required
- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment planning
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely with doctors to help grow the practice
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
