Del Ray Smiles is a boutique general dentistry practice in Del Ray, Alexandria built on one simple principle: people-centered dentistry. We are looking for an experienced associate (5+ years preferred) who is clinically confident, treatment plans with integrity, and fits naturally into a small, close-knit team. Curiosity and adaptability are welcome here. Our practice uses Dentrix, iTero, Invisalign, and digital radiography.
