In this role, youll:

• Take full ownership of office operations and team performance
• Drive schedule efficiency, production, and collections
• Lead and develop both front and back office teams
• Create structure, accountability, and consistency across the office
• Play a key role in shaping systems and improving workflows

This is a position where your leadership directly impacts the success of the practice.

Step 1: Operational Control
You take ownership of scheduling, team coordination, and daily performance.

Step 2: System & Team Development
You improve processes, build accountability, and elevate team performance.

Step 3: Leadership Expansion
You step into a higher-level operational or multi-location leadership role as the practice continues to grow, with significant compensation growth.

• Prior dental office management experience required
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix - Required
• Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
• Dental Intelligence experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve office performance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
