The Opportunity:Were looking for an Office Manager who wants more than just managing day-to-day tasks.
In this role, youll:
- Take full ownership of office operations and team performance
- Drive schedule efficiency, production, and collections
- Lead and develop both front and back office teams
- Create structure, accountability, and consistency across the office
- Play a key role in shaping systems and improving workflows
This is a position where your leadership directly impacts the success of the practice.

- Prior dental office management experience required
- Strong knowledge of Dentrix - Required
- Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
- Dental Intelligence experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve office performance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
