Dental Assistant

• Assist dentist chairside during a variety of procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic and other treatment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments/equipment before and after procedures
• Take dental x-rays and 3D scans .
• Manage patient records using dental software program (Dentrix) to ensure accurate documentation and coding.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and update electronic dental records.
• Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, sealants, fluoride treatments, and other delegated procedures as permitted by state regulations

• Dental assisting certification/licensure preferred
• X-ray certification required/preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental software and electronic records
• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
• Spanish Speaking a plus.
