Job Title: Orthodontist

Worksite: 2402 19th Street, Lubbock, TX 79401

Job duties: Examine, diagnose, and treat malocclusion of teeth and other related structures as well as dentofacial anomalies and malformations, using dental instruments, x-rays, and other diagnostic records. Formulate plans of orthodontic treatment for patient and present it to patient and parent/guardian. Provide treatment counseling and comprehensive orthodontic and dentofacial orthopedic treatment to patients in a professional manner. Designs, prepares and adjusts orthodontic appliances in patients mouth to manage tooth movement and facial development. Manage patient concerns and complaints.

Requirements: Requires a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) or foreign equivalent degree and a State Dental License and Post-Doctoral training and/or Certification in Orthodontics.
