Dentist Job in Chowchilla, California

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative care, simple extractions, basic endodontics, and preventive services, within your training and comfort level. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on long-term relationships and case acceptance. Help build the practices patient base through excellent chairside manner, community presence, and collaboration on local outreach and marketing ideas. Partner with the owner on clinical systems, scheduling templates, and workflow optimization appropriate for a new practice. Participate in decisions related to equipment, materials, and technology as the practice grows. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and infection-control standards. Engage with the team on process improvements and leadership as the practice scales, with the expectation of transitioning into an equity partner role under a formal partnership agreement.
