General Dentist Need – Kuna, ID (Boise Area) | June Start | Ongoing Coverage

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Kuna, Idaho , just outside Boise, starting June 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026 .

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 116 total days

Practice Details:

• Adult patients + some cooperative pediatrics
• EMR: Dentrix
• Support staff: TBD

Procedures & Scope:

• Fillings, crowns, bridges
• Full & partial dentures
• Root canals
• Simple & surgical extractions
• Invisalign
• Hygiene checks
• Implant placement & restoration

Providers can refer out complex cases as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong bread-and-butter dentistry experience
• Invisalign certification preferred
• WaveOne Rotary experience preferred
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner

Requirements:

• Active Idaho dental license (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• DEA (preferred)
• Nitrous Oxide certification (if required by state)

Credentialing:

• ~1 week turnaround from offer to start
• TB Test (QGold) required within 3 days of accepting offer
• Credentialing team will coordinate testing
