We are seeking a General Dentist to join our well established family dental practice in Lancaster, PA to take over for a departing provider. Backed by years of service, our office offers on-site mentorship from seasoned providers. Open to 2026 graduates!

$20,000 SIGN-ON Bonus!

Practice highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service (FFS), PPO, with some Medicaid accepted
• Family-oriented, community-focused care with a diverse patient population
• In business for over 20 years!

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• $175,000/year base or a percentage of collections, based on experience
• Health, vision, dental, and malpractice insurance
• Retirement plan with an increase in benefit package after 1 year
• Mentorship, 401K and CE allowance

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Flexible scheduling (34 hours a week)
• Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Sundays – OFF
