Beautiful Smiles Family Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Etters, PA. We are a privately owned, single-location family practice that will be celebrating 20 years of serving our community in 2025.

Tired of corporate dentistry, rushed appointments, and high patient volume? Our office prioritizes patient-centered care and allows ample time for each appointmentno double-booking, no rushed cleanings. Youll have the time and support you need to provide top-quality care.

Bonus: We have a therapy pup in the officemust love dogs!

Schedule: Part Time available, start with 1 day and move into 2 days (Please apply if you can work any of the following days)

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45 to $55 per hour (depending on experience)
• SIMPLE IRA with employer match
• Referral program

Responsibilities:

• Provide comfortable, patient-focused care
• Conduct oral screenings and review health histories
• Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
• Perform cleanings, apply preventative care, take X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene
• Assist the doctor with treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow proper sterilization and infection control procedures

Requirements:

• Active PA RDH license
• Local Anesthetic certification
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required
