Oral Surgeon

Location: Syracuse, NY

Compensation: $550,000 base (2-year guarantee) + production bonus (30% over $1.8M collections) | $800K+ earning potential | $50K sign-on + $50K starting bonus (separate)

Job Role

• Full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a high-volume private practice

• Dental alveolar procedures including extractions and implants

• Manage ~20+ patients per day with quick ramp-up

• Collaborate with experienced clinical support team

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree

• Completion of accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency

• Board-certified or board-eligible

Qualifications

• Strong surgical skills in OMFS (bread-and-butter focus)

• Excellent communication and patient-care approach

• Ethical, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
