Position Overview : Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model in a mission-driven FQHC facility in Klamath Falls, OR. Qualifications Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Valid Oregon dental license; CPR/First Aid certification. Experience: Experience in FQHC or underserved settings is strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-scope general dentistry, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and patient education. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds. Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations. Perform exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care. Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance. Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and strategic planning. Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
