Part-Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant Parker Orthodontics – Ellensburg, WA

Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 6–9 days per month

Parker Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis to help cover schedule gaps. This role is ideal for a local orthodontic assistant who wants flexible work while staying clinically active in a respected orthodontic practice.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, adjustments, and appliances

• Provide efficient chairside support in a busy orthodontic setting

• Prepare operatories and maintain clinical readiness

• Take X-rays, photos, and digital records as needed

• Support patient comfort and education

• Jump in seamlessly to support coverage needs

You will be required to possess the following:

• Active Washington State dental assistant license required

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred

• Comfortable working independently in a clinical orthodontic environment

• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and chairside skills

• Ability to travel to Yakima when needed (preferred)
