If so, Lancesoft Inc is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives while working with a supportive clinical team.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance

• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)

• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care

• Assist dentists in identifying oral conditions and planning treatments

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards

Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

• Active Tennessee Dental Hygienist License (Required)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification (Required)

• Min 2 years of experience required

• Strong patient communication and education skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, radiography, and hygiene protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic dental record systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)

• Familiarity with periodontal therapy and advanced scaling techniques

• Previous experience in both general and specialty dental practices
