Dentist

We are a high end private practice in North Tacoma/Ruston looking for a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. The role could lead to a full-time job and even potential partnership opportunities for the right candidate. We are a high tech office outfitted with the complete Dentsply Sirona ecosystem including Cerec, Primescan, Primescan 2, Primemill, Primeprint, Axeos CBCT and Schick sensors. We also continue to evolve our practice philosphies and try to be consistent with the teachings of John Kois and the Spear Institute along with others, we are commited to the patient experience and look to improve not only for our patients but for our own well-being and peace of mind. Our patient base is located in an affluent area in Tacoma, are select PPO/cash paying and we average between 40-50 new patients every month. We have two locations that are within 4 miles from eachother, an expansion was created in Old Town Tacoma on 08/2025 to keep up with our incredible growth. The ideal candidate would be someone looking for a change from the hectic DSO style of practice and someone looking to advance thier career with exposure to CAD/CAM and high tech digital workflows. Any skill level will be considered but our preference would be someone with at least 3 years experience in a private practice or DSO setting, knowledge of digital dentistry is not required but again would be preferred. We do not expect candidates to perform procedures outside of thier comfort zone or skill level, we won't expect someone to be proficient in endodontics or surgical procedures but we have the equipment and resources to perform them and will open it up for those who feel confident performing them. We do expect candidates to know restorative dentistry including modern bonding techniques and crown/bridge preperations. We do not mind teaching and training as long as candidates understand how to treatment plan and are willing to learn how we operate as a team. We are very team oriented and expect anyone joining to be open minded and willing to be a part of the team dynamic, everyone is important to the operation and mutual respect will be required. We require candidates to have a current Wa State Dental Licence, CPR/BLS certification, DEA prescription license and Malpractice insurance.
