Job Description


Dentist Location: Bethlehem, PA - Allentown 10mSchedule: Full-Time, permanent positionPosition Overview A dedicated Dentist is needed to provide direct dental care services primarily on mobile dental vans and in dental centers. This role includes clinical care, supervision of dental staff, and participation in a dental residency program. Key Responsibilities Provide a full range of dental services to patients. Assess and treat patients with competency in growth and development-based care. Supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and dental residents, including competency assessments and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely patient charting in Epic EMR. Participate in quality improvement processes and monitor infection control and safety compliance. Support dental residency training, including clinical teaching and evaluation of residents' performance. Attend hospital and departmental meetings as required. Job Requirements Valid unrestricted Pennsylvania dental license Professional liability insurance CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Five years of clinical experience preferred Nitrous Oxide sedation license is desirable
