Our dental practice group in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of overseeing the management of multiple dental practices. The role will require you to actively work in the front office of multiple practices, while also overseeing the management in each office. You will be responsible for the strategic growth of the offices. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and providing top-notch care to our patients. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and treatment planning
• Handle insurance billing, claims, and verification
• Oversee front office operations, including credit card processing and file management
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Coordinate accounts receivable, collections, and billing processes
• Management of managment team under you
• Strategic growth of practices

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in patient management software
• Knowledge of dental terminology and orthodontics
• Experience with insurance billing and claims processing
• Strong front office and administrative skills
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Experience with inbound/outbound calling
• Previous experience in file management and scheduling appointments

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000.00 to $100,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
