Packaging/Shipping Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Packaging & Shipping Specialist to join our team immediately. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring products are packaged accurately, handled with care, and shipped efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming packages from multiple sources
• Use box cutters and other tools to safely open and inspect packages
• Enter items into the system accurately according to intake procedures
• Follow detailed sorting and packaging guidelines
• Prepare items for verification, packaging, and outbound shipping
• Work as part of a flow cell team of 8-10 members, rotating between tasks
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift while performing repetitive tasks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Must be able to stand for the full duration of an 8-hour shift
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable using basic tools (eg, box cutters) and computer systems
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
