Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the dental team. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered. Process patient records accurately using dental software systems. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the office. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Requirements Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
