General Dentist - Full-Time with Leadership Track | Maryland

A well-established and growing dental practice in Maryland is seeking a Full time general dentist with 3-5+ years of clinical experience and a desire to grow into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated clinician who enjoys a collaborative team culture and is ready to step into a well-structured and high-performing setting.

Position Overview:

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-2pm

- High-volume practice with 9,000+ active patients and consistent monthly new patient flow

- Multi-specialty model with in-house support (including ortho, pedo, endo, and oral surgery)

- Mix of 80% PPO and 20% FFS

- Must be comfortable with a broad scope of general dentistry and patient care

- DDS or DMD with active license in Maryland

- Completion of a general dentistry residency preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and a growth mindset are essential

- Looking for a motivated dentist with leadership potential

- Daily guarantee typically $700-$850 (negotiable)

- Percentage of collections with excellent earning potential

- Malpractice coverage provided
