This includes answering the phones, check patients in and out, payment processing, scheduling, taking care of insurance claims, billing, etc. Sufficient experience is needed to be able to fluently function in all systems and delegate tasks to others as needed. The office is down to earth with 2 warm and friendly dentists. Excellent and ideal hours.
