Dental Hygienist Wanted for Dental Office

We are looking for a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice in Gaithersburg.

You would be a great fit for the team if you can work independently, are a fast learner, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients of all ages, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.
- Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations to maintain overall dental health.
- Utilize radiographic equipment to take dental X-rays, ensuring proper safety protocols and accurate processing for diagnosis.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and other dental staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments and outcomes in compliance with office protocols and regulations including perio-charting.
- Adhere to strict infection control and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff alike.

We have full-time and part-time positions available. Our greatest need is on Wednesdays. Pay rate is $70/hr.
