Dental Sales Treatment Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Dental Sales Treatment Coordinator to join our world-class team at Comfort Smiles . Our team is looking for a driven and passionate individual who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly explain treatment plans, address patient concerns, and answer any questions regarding procedures and care.
• Collaborate closely with doctors to ensure patients fully understand their treatment options.
• Communicate with patients via phone to respond to inquiries, provide information, and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships by staying engaged throughout the treatment process.
• Present and assist patients with payment plans and financing options in a clear and supportive manner.
• Ensure all consent forms and financial documentation are accurately completed and signed.
• Remain available to work outside standard business hours, including evenings, to accommodate patient consultations and inquiries.
• Help patients understand their dental insurance benefits and coverage details.
• Process and submit insurance claims on behalf of patients efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
• Keep patient records organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints related to treatment plans or services provided.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Outgoing and confident with a patient-centered approach
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong plus
• Dental knowledge is a plus
• OPEN DENTAL knowledge is a plus
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday
