Position Overview
As the Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our center—overseeing clinical operations, motivating your team, supporting doctors, and ensuring every patient feels like family. This is not just an administrative role; it's a leadership opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day in a fast-paced, life-changing dental environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Staff Development
Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team with positivity and accountability.
Manage scheduling, onboarding, time cards, and performance evaluations.
Set the tone through daily huddles, team meetings, and celebrating wins.
Front Office Operations
Oversee and support all front desk activities including scheduling, treatment plan presentation, insurance verification, billing, and patient communications.
Ensure every patient receives timely, compassionate, and informed care.
Business & Clinical Coordination
Collaborate with providers to optimize surgical and restorative workflows.
Monitor and drive practice performance including production, collections, case acceptance, and reappointment rates.
Support surgical treatment planning and execution with clinical accuracy and confidence.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of management experience in a surgical dental practice, specifically in full arch implant dentistry.
Proven ability to lead dental teams in a specialist environment with strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience with Open Dental software.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong background in customer service and treatment plan coordination.
