Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our dedicated and growing team. The ideal candidate will be ethical, open-minded, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional care. You will perform comprehensive dental services, collaborate with an experienced team, and help deliver beautiful, healthy smiles to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-mouth examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including:
  • Operative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
  • Endodontics (root canals)
  • Prosthodontics (dentures, implants, restorations)
  • Periodontics (scaling, root planning, periodontal maintenance)
  • Discuss treatment options and plans clearly with patients
  • Uphold ethical standards and prioritize patient care and comfort
  • Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff
  • Share expertise and contribute to a team-learning environment
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding any concerns

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active New York State dental license in good standing
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and treatment-planning skills
  • Proficiency in general dentistry procedures (restorative, endodontics, prosthetics, periodontics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Positive, ethical, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $800/day against 33–35% commission (based on production)
